Many people think of the company as a government office that sets salaries based on the level of diploma. Employees in a group may ask for a promotion when it got a diploma with a higher degree. Bases his judgment only diplomas. So many people go back to school to seek a diploma.

Why is there a scholar who works as an operator? Is not there a job that matches their education? There are many. It is probable that he had applied for and take the test in many places, but did not qualify. Eventually he was forced to work as an operator.

There are so many scholars without competence. Not a few of those who became unemployed. People call them educated unemployment. I prefer to call them unemployed certified.

Why is there such a scholar? First, because intellectually they actually did not qualify to go to college.

The mindset of people who think it was a great scholar makes people unable to intellectually even force myself to go to college.

Race college accepts students and produce graduates. Those who do not pass the admission, received at the extension program. People who actually do not have sufficient academic ability, can go to college by paying more.

Outside of that, many students who actually have adequate intellectual basis but remain ignorant, because they do not learn. They thought they learned in college was only the activities in the classroom. They did not equip themselves with the self-learning ability. High college grades, but minimal competence.

That the most important thing they have mastered is the ability to learn independently. They have to build that ability, then use it to gain knowledge and skills that are not taught in the lecture hall.

With the ability nor will they develop themselves after graduation. That's the most important points of the scholarship. That could increase the knowledge and skills independently. Without the ability that a scholar would be fossils.

Students must achieve competence and not just be the value of college.

Do not get so scholars with a diploma empty.
