Death of actress Debbie Reynolds surprised many. His departure came a day only with the death of her daughter, actress Carrie Fisher. He allegedly because of broken heart syndrome after left her daughter.
Fisher, who played Princess Leia in the Star Wars films, died on December 27 after a heart attack. While Reynolds died of a stroke the next day, December 28, 2016.

In a 2014 study published in the journal JAMA Internal Medicine shows, death of a spouse who cherished it can increase a person's risk of having a heart attack or stroke in the next month.
The researchers found that the older man will be twice as likely to develop heart attack or stroke within 30 days after the death of his partner.
"Broken heart syndrome that is real," said the assistant chief of psychiatry at Zucker Hillside Hospital in New Hyde Park, New York, Dr. Scott Krakower.
Broken heart syndrome also known as stress-induced cardiomyopathy and Takotsubo cardiomyopathy. According to the American Heart Association (AHA), broken heart syndrome can even happen to someone who has no previous history of heart disease.
AHA explained, broken heart syndrome occurs when the heart muscle is partially enlarged and can not pump blood properly. However, some other heart conditions can still function normally or work harder.
These conditions can create an irregular heartbeat or even become too weak to pump blood around the body. As a result, blood can not flow to the entire body and lead to death.
Broken heart syndrome symptoms similar to a heart attack, such as chest pain and shortness of breath. The difference is that the affected person is not necessarily broken heart syndrome suffered heart damage or blockage of blood vessels in the heart.
Krakower explained, broken heart syndrome is suspected of causing health problems due to excessive levels of stress hormones after heartbreak.
